if taken into my hand
melting in the heat of tears
autumn frost

  1. Oh, so painful — reminds me of recent local news story. A little boy fell into a ditch — in this horrible cold weather — and wasn’t found for hours. Thankfully he is okay now. But it must have been terrifying for him and for his family.
