There was a lot of lovi’n going on in the Botanical Garden last Thursday when I visited. This was one of the couples that came in my way.
One butterfly is comming to the other on the ground.
Here they meet and …
… and then quick off again …
… left …
I can tell they met a lot of times and the one on the ground seemed to have got enough and wanted to escape.
Found some bushes to hide in … but the other followed …
… but hesitated to enter … and wanted the other to come out but it didn’t.
This was the best shot I got when the butterfly is in the air in front of the bush.

I didn’t know that butterflies have such violent manners.
The end of the story is that I “saved” the one in the bush so it could escape from “the stubborn fella”.
