My World - Tutanchamon

We went to visite the exhibition about Tutanchamon. I was allowed to take photos but without the flash. So I have lots of photos to make ready. I was thrilled and what a wonderful place to be in. All these golden things and the secret about what really happened to this young king of Egypt. This was his little throne with a special footstool.

There were several “bodymasks” in different sizes – so beautiful – all – golden.

This is the most famous mask I think. I don’t have words to describe how beautiful it is.

Maybe you haven’t seen the mask from this angle?

The exhibition is just now in Budapest.

Currently there is a similar exhibit in San Francisco which we visited this weekend. They didn't allow photographs. There was such a wealth of artifacts in the tomb that several exhibits can take place at once in different cities.
