I was deeply impressed by the young sommelier's knowledge! This was one of the days in Budapest I will always remember.
We are in a very old wine cellar in Budapest - having lunch and testing wines. Me, my two sisters and our husbands.
This young Hungarian sommelier will reach very far – I am sure – and I wish him all the best – … he is off for Australia … Lucky Australia!

This is a photo from the street “Sankt Petri Kyrkogata” in Lund.
There is a little square where the tree is.
It’s called Petriplatsen and you find a statue of Carl von Linné there. He who classified herbs all over.
Carl von Linné studied here in Lund 1727-1728. He was knighted for his efforts.
